SkyView is a portal based on the island of Kefalonia in Greece, email: info@skyview.gr, property of Kefalonia.net.gr, (referred hereinafter as the 'Provider') which and designed and implements and hosts the service SkyView.gr (referred hereinafter as the 'Service'). The Service provides information about geographical positions on the island of Kefalonia, as well as other related information, whenever available.
The Service is provided free of charge, through publicly accessible web pages.

The provided information, collected and published by the Skyview team, may contain errors, due to factors beyond the control of the Provider. Skyview will publish your submitted Routes information, at its discretion, so that other users will have access to your information. This information includes notes, photographs, and personal data you provide such as name, e-mail address, Skype Id, MSN address, URL, etc.

Copyright
The SkyView.gr brand name, logo and system, all the relevant text, copy, photos and other content, constitute the intellectual and industrial property of the founders of SkyView.gr and is copyrighted as such. No part of SkyView.gr may be copied, reproduced or retransmitted in any material form or by any other means, electronic, mechanical or printed, other than for private purposes, without the prior written permission of the Provider. It is expressly stated that unauthorised use of content, including text descriptions and photographs, for commercial purposes and republication is forbidden.

Photographs
SkyView.gr accepts image uploading in good faith from contributors on the understanding that they will be displayed on the Skyview system, that a suitable acknowledgement will be made to the copyright holder, that SkyView.gr makes no claim or warranty as to copyright of the images and that such images are provided freely to the public. In the event that copyright holders require the images to be deleted from the SkyView.gr system, such requests must be made in writing to SkyView, by email message to info@skyview.gr. Upon receipt of such advice, the administrators of SkyView.gr will delete the images as soon as possible. Use of the SkyView.gr Service, its web pages, its notifications and any other content provided, constitutes an unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
