The team

Skyview was envisioned, designed and developed on the island of Kefalonia, Greece by two Kefalonians with a long track record in the development of internet, multimedia and print promotion applications.

Skyview as a platform is the brainchild of Agisilaos Konidaris, an Information Science Engineer who also has to his credit the development of the most popular website on Kefalonia (www.kefalonia.net.gr). Mr. Konidaris designed and developed the technical platform, database, and user interface.

When it came to the content and marketing of Skyview, Mr. Konidaris teamed up with his longtime friend and associate Eleni Dimitratou, a marketing consultant, writer, and part-time photographer.

The collective professional experience, technical knowledge and enthusiasm of the two was pooled together to give Skyview its final direction and format. Both have completed in the past - individually or in collaboration - a number of noteworthy digital and print media projects for the tourism industry in Greece. Their background and experiences as former Kefalonian expatriates was instrumental in the design of an application which although developed locally, has global horizons.

Mr. Konidaris and Ms. Dimitratou were born in Kefalonia but were raised abroad. Agisilaos, who grew up in Zambia, is a graduate of Patras University with a PhD in Information Engineering. Eleni, grew up in New York City and is a graduate of Pace University with an MBA degree in Marketing. Both have returned to their home island after a hiatus of professional endeavors abroad and elsewhere in Greece.
